Q: If I enter the event near closing time, will I still be able to enter all attractions?

Q: Is there an age minimum requirement at the Hanna Haunted Acres?

A: No, however we do not recommend Hanna Haunted Acres for small children. As a parent you know your child best and how they will react, so we let you be the judge. If you wouldn’t bring your child to a scary movie, then it’s probably not a good idea to bring them to Hanna Haunted Acres.

Q: Is it scary?

A: Absolutely!

Q: Can we get our money back if it is too scary?

A: There are no refunds allowed for this event. If you are too scared, we did our job well.

A: We are not responsible for any personal items that are lost or broken inside our attractions. If you bring personal items, please leave them in your car, or make sure they are securely in your pockets at all times. We may or may not be able to search for lost items right away, and many items may not be found until the lights are turned back on at the end of the night. If you think you have dropped an item inside one of our attractions, please email us at info@hannahauntedacres.com. Please include as many details as possible, including your contact information so we can let you know if the item has been found. Dropped cell phones and other items are often trampled by other customers due to the dark environment.
