Q: What is Hanna Haunted Acres?
A: Hanna Haunted Acres is Indianapolis’s premier haunted house theme park. Hanna Haunted Acres is open for 36 nights during the Halloween season and features 6 absolutely spectacular haunted attractions, including Indy’s best Haunted Hayride. Hanna Haunted Acres has been seen on ABC, NBC, USA’s GREATEST HAUNTS, and numerous other media outlets throughout the state.
Q: Do you charge for parking?
A: No, parking is free!
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 20 or more get 20% off automatically removed from the price of each ticket when purchasing online, but only if purchased at least seven days in advance. Groups of 50 or more get 30% off automatically removed from the price of each ticket when purchasing online, but only if purchased at least seven days in advance. Discounts only apply to Combo, Fast Pass, and Unlimited Tickets.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept VISA and MasterCard with a valid photo ID.
Q: What are the Combo Unlimited and Fast Unlimited Wristbands?
A: We are now offering a wristband that allows you to enter the haunted houses an unlimited number of times in a single night! We have two types: Regular and Fast wristbands. The Regular (Combo Unlimited) has you wait in the General Admission lines. The Fast Unlimited wristband allows you to enter the Fast Pass line every time!
Q: What happens to the haunted corn maze when there is bad weather?
A: When the Maze is normal: Please enjoy our cornfield maze on a working farm, we recommend that you dress accordingly.
When the Maze is muddy: If there is some mud but still passable (you will get mud on your shoes) we let you choose if you want to go through the maze or not. If you choose not to go through the maze that night you can come back any night Hanna Haunted Acres is open to go through the maze (and any other haunt you do not go through on the night you visit for combo or fast pass tickets). If you had a wristband, please stop by ticket sales for a maze only wristband.
When the Maze is closed: If the maze is closed due to mud or any other weather condition, we allow you to go through one of the other haunts of your choosing one additional time on the night you visit. Additionally, your ticket for the maze (and any other haunt you do not go through on the night you visit for combo or fast pass tickets) is good any other night that Hanna Haunted Acres is open. If you had a wristband, please stop by ticket sales for a maze only wristband.
Q: Do you have a military discount?
A: Yes we appreciate all military service and give discounts with a current ID at ticket sales.
Q: Do you have an ATM on-site?
A: Yes we do.
Q: Are there discounts for young children?
A: Yes on the Hayride ONLY children 5 and under are free. However, not for the haunted houses or maze, which are NOT recommended for children under the age of 6. Children are the same price as an adult ticket.
Q: If I enter the event near closing time, will I still be able to enter all attractions?
A: After closing time, any attraction that does not have anyone in line will be closed. Therefore, we recommend that you arrive at least an hour before we close. Any unused portions of tickets are good any day on your second trip back.
Q: Are the attractions handicap accessible?
A: Yes all walking attractions are Handicap accessible, but for safety reasons we do need everyone to sit down completely on the hayride and able to get on and off the hayride wagon which involves at least three steps on your own power.
Q: Will the actors touch us, and can we touch the actors?
A: The actors will not touch you in any of our attractions. Please reciprocate this same courtesy and refrain from touching, grabbing, or hitting any of our actors. Hanna Haunted Acres strictly enforces a Zero Tolerance policy for violence against our actors.
Q: Are you open if it rains?
A: We try to be an all weather attraction but can close due to bad weather at any time, we will post a notice if we close any of our haunts on our home page. Any unused haunts tickets are good any night we are open for the season. Please remember this is a working farm and dress accordingly.
Q: Is it scary?
Q: Can we get our money back if it is too scary for me to go through?
A: There are no refunds allowed for this event. If you are too scared, we did our job well.
Q: Do you have a concession?
A: Yes and I’ve heard the hot chocolate also works as good hand warmers.
Q: Do you have security?
A: Yes we have plain clothed, undercover, and uniformed police officers on site. In every attraction, we have closed circuit video monitoring. We also have an EMT on staff.
Q: Are there restrictions for people who are pregnant or have other health problems?
A: Please consult your doctor to find out whether intense experiences, including loud noises, fog machines, strobe lights and electric shock are appropriate for your condition.
Q: I lost my cell phone/jewelry/ticket/etc. in one of your attractions. Can you help me find it?
A: We are not responsible for any personal items that are lost or broken inside our attractions. If you bring personal items, please leave them in your car, or make sure they are securely in your pockets at all times. We may or may not be able to search for lost items right away, and many items may not be found until the lights are turned back on at the end of the night. If you think you have dropped an item inside one of our attractions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include as many details as possible, including your contact information so we can let you know if the item has been found. Dropped cell phones and other items are often trampled by other customers due to the dark environment.
